The following 30-Day Limited Warranty against mechanical or electrical failure applies to Used Phones purchased from authorized retailers of Arabia Mobiles within Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates.

The 30-day term of this Limited Warranty will commence upon purchase of your Used Phone and is not transferable to any third party.

In the event your Used Phone experiences mechanical or electrical failure within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and you report a valid claim within such thirty (30) days (“Covered Incident”), Arabia Mobiles will repair or replace your Used Phone with another used phone of like kind and quality. The cost of shipping your Used phone is at your expense. Prior to approving your claim, Arabia Mobiles will evaluate your Used Phone to confirm eligibility, including, without limitation, confirming the date and place of purchase.

This Limited Warranty is not an insurance policy, nor does it cover repairs, lost or stolen phones, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from fire, water damage, accident or abuse, or cracked screens. Because the Limited Warranty is provided at no additional charge, there will be no refunds in the event of a modification or cancellation. Restrictions apply.
